Can I upgrade from monthly to yearly?

Absolutely. If you're on monthly ($99) and want yearly ($699), I'll calculate the prorated credit from your current month and apply it to the yearly fee. Message me to upgrade.

Can I downgrade from yearly to monthly?

Yearly plans are non-refundable after 30 days, so you cannot downgrade mid-year. However, once your year ends, you can switch to monthly for the next billing cycle.

Is there a student or bulk discount?

Currently no formal discounts, but I offer 10% referral commission. If you refer someone who joins Premium, you get 10% of their first payment in USDT.

How do I join the free groups?

Click the "Join Free WhatsApp Group" or "Join Free Telegram Group" buttons on the Contact page, or message me directly saying "Join Free Group" and I'll send the invite link within 24 hours.

What's included in free groups?

Can I join both WhatsApp AND Telegram groups?

Yes! Many members join both. Content is identical, but WhatsApp gets updates slightly faster since I don't need VPN to access it.

Is there a limit on free group members?

No limit currently. Everyone interested in learning Bitcoin trading is welcome.

Do I need to pay anything to stay in free groups?

Never. Free groups are 100% free forever. No hidden fees, no upsells, no payment required.

Can I ask questions in free groups?

Yes! Community members can answer general questions. For personal trade reviews or detailed guidance, Premium membership is required.

Will I get kicked out if I don't upgrade to Premium?

No. Free groups are permanent access as long as you follow the rules (no spam, no pump-and-dump promotions, respectful behavior).

What exactly do I get in Premium?

How does the profit-share model work?

Step-by-Step:

1. You take a signal (e.g., Long BTC at $45K)

2. Trade closes profitable (e.g., exit at $48K with $300 profit)

3. You screenshot the profit and send to me

4. You calculate 50%: Your profit = $300, my share = $150

5. You send payment: $150 USDT to my wallet (TRC20)

If trade loses: You pay nothing. I earn nothing.

Example Calculation:

• Signal: Long Bitcoin at $45,000, TP at $50,000, SL at $44,000

• Your position: $1,000 invested

• Outcome: TP hit, you profit $111

• You keep: $55.50

• You pay me: $55.50 in USDT

Which payment model should I choose?

Choose Fixed ($99/mo or $699/year) if:

• You have consistent monthly income

• You prefer predictable costs

• You trade with larger capital ($5K+)

• You want to save money (yearly = $489 savings)

Choose Profit-Share (50%) if:

• You have small capital (under $2K)

• You want zero upfront risk

Can I switch between payment models?

Yes, with 30 days notice. Example: Start with $99/month, switch to profit-share next month if it works better for you (or vice versa).

What's the expected ROI with Premium?

Students following signals with proper risk management average 30% monthly ROI. This is NOT guaranteed — some months are break-even or slightly negative. Consistency comes from risk management, not every trade being a winner.

How many signals per week?

3-7 signals on average. Some weeks have 2, some have 10. I prioritize quality setups over quantity. Never chase trades — wait for high-probability entries.

What if I miss a signal?

Signals stay valid for 24-48 hours usually. If entry zone moves, I send an update. Never chase — wait for the next setup. There's always another trade.

Do you provide stop loss management?

Yes. I give initial stop loss with every signal. If trade moves in profit, I send updates for:

• Trailing stop adjustments

• Moving stop to break-even

• Taking partial profits

What timeframes do you trade?

Primarily 4-hour chart setups. Day trading is gambling for most people. 4H charts filter noise and show real market structure.

Do you trade spot or futures?

Both. Signals include:

• Spot setups (buy and hold, no leverage)

• Futures setups (with 3-5x leverage max)

I specify which type with each signal.

What leverage do you recommend?

3-5x maximum for futures. High leverage (20x+) = fast liquidation. Not worth the risk. Most of my signals use 3x or less.

Can I use your signals on any exchange?

Yes. Binance, Bybit, OKX, Bitget — any major exchange works. I primarily use Binance for testing.

Do you trade altcoins?

No. Bitcoin only. Here's why:

• Highest liquidity (easiest to enter/exit)

• Most predictable market structure

• Less manipulation than small-cap altcoins

• Best for learning fundamentals

• Once you master BTC, other cryptos become easier

What happens if I have a losing month?

Losing months happen. It's trading. My approach:

• Fixed payment: You still pay $99 (education continues)

• Profit-share: You pay nothing if no profits

Risk management ensures even bad months don't destroy your account. A -5% month followed by +25% month is still very profitable.

What is prop trading?

Prop firms (Investing.com, Bitfunded etc.) fund traders who pass evaluation challenges. You trade their capital, keep 70-80% of profits. No personal capital at risk once funded.

How much does prop support cost?

IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION:

Challenge Phase Fee:

• You pay ONLY if you pass the challenge

• If you fail, you pay nothing

• If you pass: Fee equals your original challenge purchase cost

  • Example: $500 challenge = $500 success fee to me

  • Example: $1,000 challenge = $1,000 success fee to me

Live Account Phase:

• 30% monthly profit-share

• Example: You make $3,000 in a month, I receive $900

• Payment: Monthly via USDT on last day of month

Why pay the challenge cost as success fee?

Because I'm invested in your success. If you fail, I wasted my time for free. If you pass, we both win — you get a funded account, I get compensated for the work. Fair alignment of interests.

What if I fail the challenge?

You pay me nothing. The risk is on me. If you want to try again with a new challenge, I'll support you again at 50% discount on the success fee (since we already built the strategy together).

Which prop firms do you support?

• Investing.com

• Bitfunded

• Any legitimate prop firm with reasonable rules

I avoid firms with unrealistic constraints (1% max drawdown, etc.) — those are designed to fail traders.

What challenge sizes can you help with?

• $10K - $25K accounts

• $50K - $100K accounts

• $200K+ accounts

All sizes supported. Strategy scales appropriately.

What's your success rate for challenge passing?

70-80% pass rate with my support (compared to 10-20% industry average). Most common failure: emotional trading, which I coach against aggressively.

How long does it take to pass?

Average 6-8 weeks. Some students pass in 3 weeks, others take 12. Depends on market conditions and your discipline.

Do I need prior trading experience for prop support?

At least 6 months of basic trading experience recommended. Complete beginners should take Premium first to learn fundamentals, then attempt prop challenges.

Can you guarantee I'll pass?

No. Trading always has risk. I provide signals that historically work 70-80% of time for passing challenges, but your execution and discipline matter. No guarantees in trading.

Do you support crypto-only prop firms?

Yes! Many prop firms now offer crypto-specific challenges. Same service applies — I specialize in Bitcoin which many crypto prop firms support.

What if I get funded but then fail the live account?

Live account failures happen (drawdown violations, etc.). If this occurs:

• No refund of the success fee (you did pass the challenge)

• But I'll help you analyze what went wrong

• If you get another challenge, 50% discount on new success fee

Please convert to USDT first. I only accept USDT (TRC20) because:

• Stable value (won't fluctuate during payment)

• Lowest transaction fees

• Fastest confirmation time

How do I convert my crypto to USDT?

On any exchange (Binance, Bybit, OKX):

1. Deposit your BTC/ETH/other crypto

2. Trade it for USDT

3. Withdraw USDT using TRC20 network (important!)

4. Send to my address

What is TRC20?

TRC20 is the Tron blockchain network. When withdrawing USDT, exchanges give you multiple network options (ERC20, BEP20, TRC20, etc.). Always choose TRC20 — it has the lowest fees and fastest confirmation.

What if I send payment to wrong address?

ALWAYS DOUBLE-CHECK THE ADDRESS. Crypto transactions are irreversible. If you send to a wrong address, I cannot help recover those funds. Copy-paste carefully and verify first few and last few characters match.

What if I send on wrong network (e.g., ERC20 instead of TRC20)?

Funds sent on wrong network may be permanently lost. I cannot recover them. Always triple-check you're using TRC20 network before sending.

Do you accept bank transfers or PayPal?

No. Crypto payments only to maintain global accessibility and avoid banking complications.

How do I confirm my payment?

After sending USDT:

1. Screenshot transaction confirmation

2. Message me on WhatsApp or Telegram

3. Include:

   • Your full name

   • Email address

   • Service chosen (Premium Monthly/Yearly/Prop)

   • Transaction screenshot

I'll grant access within 24 hours.

When does billing start?

• Monthly: Billing starts on day you join, renews same date each month

• Yearly: Billing starts on day you join, renews 365 days later

• Profit-share: Billing happens per trade (you pay after each profitable trade closes)

How do I pay for profit-share model?

After each profitable trade:

1. Close the trade

2. Screenshot showing entry, exit, and profit

3. Calculate 50% of YOUR profit

4. Send that amount in USDT to my wallet

5. Send screenshot to me on WhatsApp

Do I pay on gross profits or net profits (profit-share)?

Gross profits on winning trades. Example:

• 3 winning trades: +$200, +$300, +$100 = $600 total

• 2 losing trades: -$150, -$100 = -$250 total

• Net month: +$350

You pay me 50% of the $600 in winners = $300 to me.

You do NOT subtract losses first. Profit-share is calculated per winning trade.

What if I trade a signal with different position size than suggested?

You pay 50% of YOUR actual profit, not theoretical. If signal targets $500 profit but you entered smaller and made $200, you pay me $100.

Are there any hidden fees?

Zero hidden fees. What you see is what you pay:

• Premium Monthly: $99/month flat

• Premium Yearly: $699/year flat

• Profit-Share: 50% of winning trades only

• Prop Success Fee: Challenge cost (only if you pass)

• Prop Live Account: 30% of monthly profits

No setup fees, no withdrawal fees, no surprise charges.

Do you charge for withdrawing from profit-share?

No. You simply send me my share via USDT. No processing fees from my side (though blockchain may have small network fee, usually under $1 on TRC20).

What's your refund policy?

Premium Monthly ($99):

• 30-day money-back guarantee on first month

• If unsatisfied after 30 days, full refund in USDT

• After 30 days, no refunds but cancel anytime

Premium Yearly ($699):

• 30-day money-back guarantee

• After 30 days, non-refundable

• Cannot cancel mid-year (locked for 365 days)

Profit-Share Model:

• No refunds needed — you only pay when you profit

• Can stop following signals anytime with no penalty

Prop Trading:

• Challenge Phase: No upfront payment, so no refund needed

How do I request a refund?

Message me on WhatsApp, Telegram, or email within 30 days of joining with "Refund Request." Include:

• Your name

• Service purchased

• Payment date/transaction

• Reason (optional but appreciated for improvement)

Refund processed within 7 days in USDT to your wallet.

What qualifies for a refund?

Within 30 days, any reason. No questions asked. I want satisfied students, not trapped customers.

Note: Refund applies to education/service fees only. Trading losses are your responsibility — I cannot refund losses from trades you took.

Can I get a partial refund on yearly plan?

No. Yearly plans are all-or-nothing:

• Full refund if within 30 days

• Zero refund after 30 days

• This is why I recommend monthly first to test the service

How do I cancel my Premium subscription?

Monthly Plans:

1. Message me "Cancel subscription" on WhatsApp/Telegram/email

2. Send at least 7 days before next billing date

3. No penalties, no questions asked

4. Access continues until current paid month ends

Yearly Plans:

• Cannot cancel mid-year (non-refundable after 30 days)

• Access continues for full 365 days

• Can choose not to renew after year ends

What happens if I cancel Premium?

• You're removed from premium groups

• Course access removed

• No more weekly Zoom sessions

• Can still rejoin free groups

• Can re-subscribe to Premium anytime (no penalty)

Can I pause my subscription instead of canceling?

No formal pause option. But you can:

1. Cancel monthly subscription

For temporary breaks, this works fine.

What if I paid but want to cancel immediately?

If you change your mind within 24 hours of payment and haven't accessed any premium content yet, full refund available. Message me ASAP.

Do you offer pro-rated refunds?

No. Example: If you pay for monthly and cancel on day 20, you don't get 10 days refunded. Access continues until the paid period ends, then cancellation takes effect.

What's your trading style?

Price action + liquidity-based analysis. I focus on:

• Order blocks (institutional footprints)

• Liquidity sweeps (stop hunts)

• Support/resistance from historical price reactions

• Market structure (higher highs, higher lows, etc.)

• Sentiment indicators (fear/greed, funding rates)

What tools/software do you use?

• Trading View (free version works fine)

• Binance (order book, funding rates)

• Coinglass (liquidation data, open interest)

No expensive paid tools needed. Edge comes from understanding market structure, not fancy software.

Do you use indicators?

Minimal. I occasionally reference:

• RSI (for divergences)

• Moving averages (50, 200)

• Volume profile

But price action is primary. Indicators lag price — I prefer leading signals like liquidity and structure.

What's the 1% risk rule?

Never risk more than 1% of total account balance on a single trade.

Example:

• Account: $10,000

• Max risk: $100 (1%)

• If stop loss = 2% price move, position size = $5,000 (not full account)

This way, you can lose 10 trades in a row and still have 90% capital left.

How do you calculate position size?

Formula: Position Size = (Account Balance × Risk %) / (Entry Price - Stop Loss Price)

Example:

• Account: $5,000

• Risk: 1% = $50

• Entry: $100,000 BTC

• Stop Loss: $98,000 (2% price move = $2,000 risk per BTC)

• Position Size: $50 / $2,000 = 0.025 BTC

• Capital used: 0.025 × $100K = $2,500 (not full $5K account)

I provide position size with every signal, so you don't have to calculate manually.

What if I have a small account (under $500)?

Small accounts are challenging because 1% risk = tiny positions. Example:

• $300 account

• 1% risk = $3 per trade

• Hard to make meaningful gains

Recommendations:

• Start with free groups while saving more capital

• Consider $500 minimum for Premium

• Or use profit-share model (no upfront cost)

Can I risk more than 1% per trade?

You CAN, but I don't recommend it. Risking 5-10% per trade means 5-10 losses wipes your account. Professional traders use 0.5-2% max. I teach 1% as the sweet spot.

How do you handle losing streaks?

Losing streaks happen to everyone. My approach:

1. Never increase risk to "make it back" (revenge trading)

2. Review each loss — was it bad setup or bad luck?

3. Take break if needed — 3+ losses in a row = step back

4. Trust the process — win rate is 55-65% long-term, not every week

Key: One 1:3 winner recovers three 1:1 losses. Streaks are temporary if you manage risk.

What's your biggest trading mistake?

Overleveraging in 2018. Bought Bitcoin at $14,600, added more at $10K with borrowed money, no stop loss. BTC crashed to $3,000. Lost $30,000. Taught me risk management the hard way.

What's your best trade ever?

Calling Bitcoin new ATH in January 2023 when it was $16,500 and everyone predicted $8K crash. BTC hit $73K in March 2024. Students who followed made 300%+ on spot holdings.

Do you trade during news events (Fed announcements, etc.)?

I avoid trading during high-impact news like:

• Federal Reserve rate decisions

• CPI/inflation reports

• Major geopolitical events

Volatility spikes, stop losses get hunted. Better to wait for clear structure after the dust settles.

What's your win rate on signals?

55-65% historically. Not amazing, but combined with 1:3 risk-reward, it's very profitable:

• 6 winners at 1:3 = +18R profit

• 4 losers at 1:1 = -4R loss

• Net: +14R profit (140% gain on 10 trades with 1% risk each)

What's the average risk-reward ratio?

I target minimum 1:2, usually 1:3 or better. Occasionally 1:5+ setups appear. Never take trades below 1:1.5 RR — not worth the risk.

How often do you update signals?

• Daily market analysis: Every morning (free + premium)

• New signals: 3-7 per week (premium only)

• Signal updates: Real-time if market conditions change (premium)

• Weekly Zoom: Every Sunday 6 PM UTC (premium)

Can I automate your signals with bots?

I don't recommend bots. Trading requires human judgment for:

• Market context (news, sentiment)

• Adjusting stops when needed

• Deciding when to take profits early

Bots can't replicate discretionary decisions. Manual execution is better.

Which exchange should I use?

Binance (for international users) or Bybit. Both have:

• High liquidity (easy to enter/exit)

• Low fees (0.02-0.05% maker/taker)

• Reliable uptime

• Good mobile apps

I test all signals on Binance Futures.

I'm in the USA. Can I use Binance?

Binance.com doesn't serve US customers directly. US users can:

• Use Binance.US (limited features)

• Use Bybit, OKX, or other international platforms (check local regulations)

• Use Coinbase, Kraken for spot trading

Do I need Trading View Pro?

No. Trading View Free is sufficient. I provide chart screenshots with every signal showing levels, so you don't even need charting software. Just use your exchange to execute.

What internet speed do I need?

Any normal internet connection works. You're not day-trading (scalping) where milliseconds matter. 4H chart setups give plenty of time to enter trades.

Can I trade from my phone?

Yes! Most of my students trade from mobile apps (Binance/Bybit apps). Signals are sent via WhatsApp/Telegram, which you can check on phone. No desktop required.

I'm having trouble accessing Telegram. Help?

Telegram is blocked in some regions. Solutions:

1. Use WhatsApp instead (I prefer it anyway)

2. Use VPN to access Telegram

3. Use Telegram Web (sometimes works without VPN)

WhatsApp is recommended since I don't need VPN to access it, so responses are faster.

How do I enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on my exchange?

For security:

1. Go to exchange settings → Security

2. Enable Google Authenticator or SMS 2FA

3. Save backup codes in safe place

4. Never share 2FA codes with anyone (including me)

I will NEVER ask for your 2FA codes or passwords.

What if my exchange account gets hacked?

Contact your exchange support immediately. Enable:

• 2FA authentication

• Withdrawal whitelist (only send to pre-approved addresses)

• Email notifications for all account activity

I cannot help recover hacked exchange accounts — that's between you and the exchange.

Can you help me set up my exchange account?

Basic setup guidance available in Premium (via Zoom or WhatsApp). For detailed hand-holding, 1-on-1 mentorship is recommended.

What if I can't access the course portal?

Message me on WhatsApp with:

• Your email used for registration

• Screenshot of error message

• Device/browser you're using

I'll troubleshoot within 24 hours.

Videos won't play in the course. Help?

Try:

1. Different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)

2. Clear browser cache

Can I download course videos?

No. Videos are streaming-only to prevent piracy. You have lifetime access to watch anytime, but cannot download.

When did you start trading?

January 2018 — right before the crash. Started at $14,600 BTC, watched it fall to $3,000. Tough but valuable learning experience.

What happened in 2020?

My Binance account was hacked in August 2020. Lost everything. Had $20,000 in debt. Lowest point of my life. Rebuilt from $500 starting capital through disciplined futures trading.

How did you pay off the debt?

Strict risk management and futures trading from 2021-2022. Never risked more than 1% per trade. Slowly grinded back. Paid off full $20,000 by November 2022.

Why did you start BitSignal Capital?

In 2021, while rebuilding my account, I started sharing free analysis to help others avoid my $30K mistake. What began as small WhatsApp groups grew to 1,000+ students globally. Rebranded as BitSignal Capital in 2025.

What's your long-term goal?

Do you manage other people's money?

No. I don't handle client funds or offer portfolio management. You keep full control of your capital. I provide education and signals — you execute and manage your own account.

Why don't you show your face?

I'm camera-shy and prefer privacy. More importantly, trading isn't about personality cults. You don't need my face on YouTube. You need accurate price levels and risk management.
