The people of Barangay Logan are a model of discipline and a united community. One of the key factors that uphold this orderliness is the strict enforcement of curfew hours, from 9:00 PM to 4:00 AM. At exactly 9:00 PM, a bell rings, signaling that all residents must be in their respective homes. This rule is consistently observed by the community, demonstrating their strong commitment to maintaining order. The curfew not only ensures the safety of everyone but also fosters a collective sense of responsibility, respect, and discipline among the people.
Barangay Logan is home to a culturally diverse population. According to data from the Logan Health Center in 2024, the majority of the residents are Subanen, making up around 92% of the population. The remaining 8% consists of Cebuano (5%), Tausug and Kalibugan (2%), and Ilonggo (1%) communities. With the current survey data of 662 individuals, the trend remains similar, with Subanen still being the predominant ethnicity, comprising 86.4% of the total.
