Foot Reflexology

Foot Reflexology (also known as Zone therapy) is based on the principle that there is areas and points on the feet that are connected through the nervous system to corresponding parts of the body. Importantly, this helps to restore homeostasis.

World Health Organization recognizes reflexology as a complementary health care practice.
