The subreddit was started by u/actualmusician on the 14th of October 2012, u/ck60 took over from u/bobthecookie and u/karmaharvester in 2018 with u/ka4bi and built the new mod team from there!

We have grown a lot since the change of moderation team, from just 2000 members to over 90,000!
