If you want to, try doing 30 minutes of reading, spelling and math each day.
The teachers will set the tasks that you need to learn!
Place value worksheets to Print
If you have a printer at home, you can print some of these worksheets off, or look through the powerpoints to get some more understanding about what has been taught through the classroom in the last 3 weeks.
Email each other!
Use your gmail account email (the account that you log onto your computer with at school) or even google classroom to chat! It's important we stay connected...even if it isn't about learning, the teachers want to make sure that you are ok!
TinkerCad
We are looking at getting an outdoor classroom. Design your perfect outdoor classroom using this platform. Take a screenshot or snip of your design and upload it to our google classroom!
Sapphire ActivityDex. Introducing this awesome resource that you can use, and upload a photo of you doing some Hauora, or physical activity. There are heaps of slides that will give you ideas on what you could do, OR just make up your own one (like I did for Scarlett on slide 6). Copy a slide and change it, if you can't find the one you did - like for example trampolining, making a fort, building a rock tower etc. Make sure you add all the details, and enjoy!
PRESS THE COG WHEEL ON BOTTOM RIGHT OF THE NAVIGATION WHEN FULL SCREEN - OPEN EDITOR - SO IT WILL OPEN IN GOOGLE SLIDES SO YOU CAN EDIT.
Write a story about what you have learnt from one of the websites. It could be that you are an animal from Switcheroo Zoo, or telling us what happened in the science experiment!
ReadTheory is used to help students improve their reading comprehension skills in a fun way that keeps them attentive and motivated. Enter the website. Scroll down to "Students? Click here" then sign in with Google on the next page.
