Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) Inclusive Education: Inclusive Practices in Different Cultures is an Erasmus+ project, developed by five partner Universities with a purpose for students and teachers to come together for the both - physical and online activities. Project partners will develop short, intensive joint mobility curricula and activities on inclusive education area.
BIP Project description
This has encouraged the idea of bringing together students from partners universities to develop their knowledge and research competencies in different instructional supports, attitudes and good practice in inclusive education, as it is very important in making ALL education accessible to all and in doing so.
Study activities will be carried in various didactical forms: lectures, workshops, discussions, case analyses, observations. BIP Inclusive Education: Inclusive Practices in Different Cultures seeks to use the blended approach for learning and teaching in a supportive international environment by focusing on various activities.
BIP target groups
bachelor students of pedagogy, education, special education;
teachers of education, special education, inclusive education.
BIP Project Objectives
To find fundamental differences among different kinds of inclusive practice and cultures in making accessible education to all. Projects seeks:
innovative ways of learning and teaching,
online collaboration,
challenge-based approaches that tackle inclusive education,
to create opportunity to reach out to new groups of students with limited mobility possibilities,
development of transnational and transdisciplinary curricula.
Expected learning/training outcomes
to develop intercultural competences of the future teachers and special educators in providing intensive studies in the context of inclusive education approach, involving project participants from universities from different European countries;
to acquire participants' knowledge about inclusive education practices in different countries and cultures: political, legal, institutional, personal levels;
to chare practices in didactical, teaching and learning strategies among BIP participants;
to develop network (pool) for future cooperation in the field of inclusive education.
