In this BI project, we chose to analyze Google Play store apps.
Our assumptions were the following:
1) The apps with the most ads/in-app purchases will be associated with lower downloads.
2) Events that occurred during a specific time (like COVID19) affected app downloads during that period.
3) The app with the best rating and the lowest price will download the most.
4) The social category (Facebook, Instagram) will be the category with the most downloads.
5) An app's category with more advertisements will be associated with a lower rating.
6) The gaming categories (Action, Strategy, etc.) apps possess the largest size (in MB).
In order to examine these assumptions, the following dashboards have been made.
