The appendicular skeleton includes the Upper Extremities and Shoulder Girdle as well as the Lower Extremities and Pelvic Girdle
To find Scapular side:
Find Spine of Scapula (posterior)
If Glendoid Fossa is facing right- Right Scapula, if facing left- Left Scapula
Clavicle
To find Humerus side:
Find Olecranon Fossa (posterior)
If head facing right- Left Humerus, if facing left- Right Humerus
Hand:
Two Rows of Carpal bones: Proximal (S, L, T, P) & Distal (T, T, C, H)
Digits are numbered 1-5 from thumb to pinky
Thumb has only proximal & distal, the rest have proximal, middle, and distal
To find Femur side:
Located Intercondylar Fossa (posterior)
If head faces left- Right Femur, if faces right- Left Femur
