Abstract and Poster

Your abstract does not need to include results.

If your project is not yet complete, you can include preliminary results or hypotheses (project descriptions).

You can also submit a previously published abstract (e.g. BBEST abstract)

Abstract submission is required from students enrolled in the Bioenergy program.

Poster parameters: size - 90cm width x 100cm length, and should be written in English.

If you are not enrolled in our PhD program but would like to bring your poster as well, you are most welcome!!

Oral presentation

We will select 10 works to perform an informal oral presentation up to three minutes (Pitch). Please let us know if you would like to present your work by the time of you submission.

PRESENTATION LENGTH

Oral presenters will be allocated 3 minutes for their presentation.

presentation slides/format

You are free to prepare presentation in PowerPoint, PDF, etc.

Our experience indicates that up to 3 slides is optimal, allowing 1 minute per slide. You may choose to use more than 3 slides, but please be sure to complete your presentation within the allocated 3 minutes. The content slides should give an overview of the research.
