- If I submit an abstract, must I deliver the oral or poster presentation?
Yes. All the submitted abstract need to be presented by oral or poster presentation. In the register, say to us if you would like to present your work in a pitch (short oral presentation).
- Will I receive a confirmation e-mail notifying me that my abstract submission was complete?
Yes. The sender for Bioenergy Symposium-related e-mails will be bionergysymposium@gmail.com; please add this address to your safe sender list so e-mails related to the symposium are not sent to a spam file.
- When and how will I be notified that my abstract has been accepted for oral presentation?
Notification of abstract dispositions will be e-mailed to the presenting author as soon as possible. Please always check your e-mail!
- I presented my study data in a poster format at other conference. Does this disqualify my abstract from consideration for Bioenergy Symposium?
No. In general, we will consider abstracts that have been presented previously at other meetings. (Remember that an poster does have to represent an abstract. So, send the related abstract)
