General Information
Attendance to the conference is limited to 75 participants. Priority is given to participants submitting an abstract for an oral or poster contribution; the submission platform will be opened on 15th of January.
Title & abstract submission deadline - March 15th
Authors notified of abstracts accepted into oral/poster sessions - March 30th

The non-refundable rates negotiated for Symposium participants are as follows:
1. Single room (breakfast included) – 440 RON/night; (~ 86 Eur)
2. Double room (breakfast included) – 520 RON/night.( ~102 Eur)
To book a single or double room (breakfast included), please send your request (no later than 20.03.2026 to benefit from the offered price), specifying the reservation period and the desired room type, to hotel@leblanc-cotroceni.ro.
In your message, please mention your participation in the Symposium organized by the International Center of Biodynamics, taking place on June 3–6, 2026. The hotel will confirm the reservation and provide a payment link. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
