BIN SS COLLECTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- Any disagreement or claim arising from or related to this website will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the specified laws.

- All items purchased from our website can only be exchanged within 7 days in case of:

1. Exchange request within the specified time frame.

2. Faulty, damaged, or defective items upon delivery.

3. Discrepancies between received and ordered products.

4. Missing components like price tags, labels, or original packaging.

- If products are damaged or missing, images of the outer packaging must be shared via email at binsscollection@gmail.com as evidence before disposal.

- Exchange requests must be made within the stipulated time frame.

- Kindly email pictures of defective items to binsscollection@gmail.com or call +92 3170202601 within 7 days of order delivery to raise a dispute. Each dispute will be assessed individually, ensuring fairness to both parties. Upon fair resolution, a replacement product will be issued against the invoiced item or a coupon of equivalent value for use within 60 days.

- No disputes will be entertained beyond the 7-day period post-order delivery.

- The buyer is accountable for all purchases made in good faith and disclaims any fraudulent intent. Additionally, the buyer assumes sole responsibility for their selections.

- Bin SS Collection may share marketing offers such as newsletters and catalogs using your email address, wish lists, name, and postal address. Personal accounts can be created at binsscollection.pk with details like name, number, and email address.

- Our team may contact you regarding delivery issues using provided contact information.

- Data may be disclosed to fraud prevention agencies.

- Age verification for online shopping may be required.

- We accept online payments via Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in PKR or other agreed currencies.

- Payment details submitted during purchases are securely transmitted to our payment provider.
