RETURN & EXCHANGE

SHIPPING AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Bin SS Collection does not offer any 'Exchange' or 'Return' for any of its products.

2. All products purchased from our website can be exchanged within 7 days only under the following conditions:

- Exchange request is made within the specified time frame.

- The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.

- The received product(s) differ from the original order.

- Any missing items from the package, including price tags, labels, original packaging, etc.

Claims can only be considered if made within 7 days of the original order date. Please email pictures of the defective item to binsscollection@gmail.com or call +92 3170202601 within 7 days of order delivery to raise a dispute. Bin SS Collection will assess each dispute individually and strive for fairness.

Upon receiving the item, our team will review the damage. Once the dispute is resolved fairly, we will issue a replacement of equal value for the product mentioned in the invoice and deliver it to the buyer's address.

3. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs in the case of an exchange.

4. Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. Stitched articles cannot be returned once altered.

6. Wedding wear cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Bin SS Collection does not offer a "refund" or "money back guarantee" on purchased items.

2. Customers paying via Credit Card may cancel within 24 hours of placing the order. The order amount will not be refunded; instead, a coupon of the same value will be provided for future purchases from Bin SS Collection within the next 60 days.

Bin SS Collection reserves the right to cancel orders for various reasons, such as items being out of stock, damage discovered during quality checks, technical errors, or declined credit card payments.

We do not store credit card details and do not share customer information with any third parties.

These variations may be due to additional embellishments used during photo shoots that may slightly differ from the original products.
