Welcome to Bingcard. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and GINBE LTD UK ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, creating an account, depositing cryptocurrency, or generating a virtual debit card, you expressly agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using our services.
Bingcard provides a platform that allows users to generate prepaid virtual crypto debit cards without standard KYC verification. These cards can be funded using supported cryptocurrencies (including but not limited to BTC, ETH, SOL, and USDT) and can be used for online purchases, digital subscriptions, and offline contactless payments via Apple Pay. We provide digital card details (card number, expiration date, and CVV); we do not issue physical plastic cards.
To use Bingcard, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. You are required to register an account using a valid email address. Because we operate as a No-KYC platform, the security of your account rests entirely with you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We are not liable for any loss of funds, unauthorized card generation, or unauthorized transactions resulting from compromised passwords, phishing attacks, or your failure to secure your account. If you lose access to your account, recovery options may be strictly limited.
By using our service, you agree to our transparent fee and usage structure, which is subject to change at our discretion with prior notice on the website:
Activation Fee: A fixed fee of $2.50 is deducted from your balance for every new virtual card generated.
Minimum Deposit: A minimum deposit of $5.00 in supported cryptocurrency is required to fund your account and activate a card.
Issuance Limits: To prevent abuse, users are limited to generating a maximum of 5 virtual debit cards per day per account.
Inactivity Policy: Any virtual card that registers zero transaction activity for a continuous period of 6 months will be automatically deactivated and permanently closed. Remaining funds on deactivated cards may be subject to forfeiture or maintenance fees as dictated by our banking partners.
Deposits are processed automatically once they receive the required number of blockchain confirmations. It is your strict responsibility to send the correct cryptocurrency on the correct network (e.g., USDT on TRC20 vs. ERC20). Funds sent to incorrect addresses or on unsupported networks are permanently lost, and Bingcard bears no liability for such errors. Furthermore, the conversion rate from cryptocurrency to fiat (USD) is locked in at the exact moment the deposit is credited to our system. We are not responsible for any financial loss incurred due to market volatility while your transaction is pending on the blockchain.
While we value user privacy and operate without KYC, our services must not be used for illicit purposes. You explicitly agree NOT to use Bingcard for:
Money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion.
Purchasing illegal goods, including illicit drugs, contraband, or unauthorized firearms.
Engaging in fraudulent activities, such as using stolen funds, carding, or initiating malicious chargebacks.
Executing distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks against our infrastructure or attempting to manipulate our payment gateway APIs.
Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination, freezing of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities where legally obligated.
If a merchant cancels your order or issues a refund, the funds will be automatically routed back to your Bingcard virtual card balance. Processing times for refunds depend entirely on the merchant and the card network, generally taking between 3 to 14 business days. Because Bingcard provides prepaid virtual cards, we cannot initiate forced chargebacks on your behalf. All disputes regarding the quality of goods or unauthorized merchant charges must be resolved directly with the merchant. Cryptocurrency deposits made into the Bingcard ecosystem are final and non-refundable to your external crypto wallet.
Bingcard is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that our virtual cards will be accepted by every merchant globally, as acceptance is contingent on the merchant's specific fraud prevention settings and the assigned BIN. We disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from merchant card declines, blockchain network congestion, Apple Pay service outages, or the suspension of our banking partner's services. Your use of the platform is strictly at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Bingcard service, or restrict your access to your account at any time, without prior notice, if we suspect a violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or if mandated by our banking sponsors. In the event of account termination initiated by us (unrelated to fraud or terms violation), users will be provided a brief window to spend their remaining fiat balances.
These Terms of Service and your use of the Bingcard platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the UK.
For any questions or notices related to these Terms of Service, please contact us via the Support page available in your Bingcard user dashboard.
