THINGS TO REMEMBER REGARDING BINANGONAN E-PALENGKE

1. Binangonan ePalengke was formed in order to serve our constituents who stay at home and/or those who are somehow incapable of going to the Public Market to buy their foods and other basic needs.

The majority of our products come from the Binangonan Public Market in cooperation with the Local Government of Binangonan, Rizal.

2. Our service is open from seven in the morning (7:00 AM) until three in the afternoon (3:00 PM) every MONDAYS UNTIL SATURDAYS.

If you have sent a message outside of the days and hours mentioned above, and no one responded, this is because BINANGONAN E-PALENGKE IS CLOSED during those times.

3. Send a message to our Official Facebook Page and our Chat Support Team will assist you.

Make sure to prepare the necessary information that the Chat Support Team will ask from you in order to arrange your order requests that the Palengkeros will gather for you. Our Riders will deliver them to the address that you will give in the following day.

4. There is a MATRIX OF DELIVERY CHARGES and a PRICELIST for all the products that are in the Pinned Post on our Official Facebook Page.

If what you are looking for is not included in the PRICELIST, inform our Chat Support Team and we will take care of it.

5. You can order beef, pork, chicken, fish, vegetables, fruits, groceries, and even Samgyupsal Sets. We also have small hardware items (hardware items that can be placed in a backpack), dry goods for your house (like water dipper, pail, broom, glasses, pitchers, etc.), and also over-the-counter medicines (medicines that do not require prescriptions) which you can include in your order requests.

6. WE ARE CLOSED DURING SUNDAYS.

The reason being for this is to give ourselves time to attend the gatherings in the Church. This is very important for all of us in order to maintain our relationship with the Lord as the center of our lives.

7. The Binangonan E-Palengke Administrative Team comprises of volunteers who only want to help our community.

We invite you to be understanding and patient. Let us refrain from insults and the use of foul words to our Chat Support Team as well as to our riders.
