"Our hot water heater was leaking, so I called Bill's Plumbing. All of the technicians were already booked, but they managed to squeeze me in. The plumbers quickly fixed the leak. They also recommended having our tank flushed, but they didn't have the necessary equipment with them that day, so I made an appointment for a later date. A week later, William and T. C. arrived promptly to flush the water heater, were very efficient, and even gave me a discount because the job was easier than they had thought it would be." - Debbie, Petal

"I usually do my own work & don't like paying for labor. We had a scary sounding leak and we are on a slab + concrete walls, (50 year old house!) so we thought the worst.

The leak sound was reverberating throughout the house, it was deafening. I shut the water off and back on as needed for the 24hrs before I called, the cats were going crazy and my Wife and I could not sleep. The sound traveled our pipes to several places in and out of the house. (Bills Professionals found it by ear).

Bills Plumbing looked the best after reading the reviews. Two guys arrived to do a leak detect. They found the issue fast and worked diligently to address the leak, (not as bad as I thought).

They were very informative and though I might have figured out how to fix it (if I knew where it was), it was worth the cost for the quality and speed in which it was done.

Being someone who will attempt the work myself I will call Bills in the future even if only to have them assess the problem.

"Our underground pipes had to be replaced due to corrosion. They worked diligently digging up the front and back yards and part of the driveway.
