Replaced the main sewer line from the building to the street using sch 40 PVC with installation of 2 clean-outs.
Busted foundation in both bathrooms, excavated cast iron drains. Cut and removed all cast iron drains and replumbed drains with Sch 40 PVC from each fixture to map PVC drain outside foundation. Repoured all concrete and backfilled. Ran new PVC drain through back wall with Sch 40 PVC for washing machine and kitchen sink to back yard. Busted, saw-cut, and repoured concrete on back patio.

Excavated to find broken water pipe to Backflow Preventer and Replaced broken section of pipe and 2" Backflow Preventer for building
Jack hammered foundation to further diagnose condition of piping. Replaced broken cast iron p-trap with Sch 40 PVC. Repoured concrete, Repaired A/C drain line and Pop Off.

Installed new sewage line from building to existing man hole in green space at the street.
Saw cut, jackhammer and excavated concrete and disposed of all debris.
Installed approximately 200 ft of new Sch 40 DWV sewage pipe with 3 connections to building.
Installed clean-out plug access at each connection and at green space at the street.
Backfilled and cleaned work area. Repoured all concrete.

Installed 800 ft water line using 1" Uponor pipe and fittings with the installation of 3 valves and boxes - went thru asphalt driveway and concrete driveway
Excavate break in main sewer line – Install clean out and repair break – further camera inspect and back fill work area.
