1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Snag Rewards Tracker ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Snag Rewards Tracker is a personal utility app for storing, organizing, and tracking coupons, vouchers, and rewards. The App is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial use.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of reward data you enter or scan

• You are responsible for acting on expiry reminders in a timely manner

• You must not use the App for any unlawful purpose

• You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App

4. No Financial Advice

The App is an organizational tool only. It does not provide financial, investment, or purchasing advice. Savings summaries and discount calculations are estimates based on user-provided data.

5. OCR & AI Accuracy

The voucher scanning feature uses on-device OCR and optional AI processing. Extracted data may contain errors. Always verify scanned information against the original voucher. We are not liable for missed rewards or expired coupons due to inaccurate scans.

6. Data & Privacy

Your data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your reward data. See our Privacy Policy for details on Firebase analytics and notification services.

7. Notifications

Expiry reminders are sent as a convenience. We do not guarantee delivery or timing of notifications. Network conditions, device settings, and OS restrictions may affect notification delivery. You are responsible for tracking your own reward expiry dates.

8. Availability & Updates

• We may update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without notice

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation

• App updates may require a compatible device and OS version

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding of Snag Rewards Tracker are owned by the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for:

• Any lost savings, expired rewards, or missed discounts

• Data loss due to device failure, app uninstallation, or OS updates

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the App at our discretion. You may terminate by uninstalling the App, which deletes all local data.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
