Cancellation Policy

Billie Jean’s Hair & Nail Studio Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are highly valued, therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

The service time is reserved for you. We do understand that there are emergency situations which cannot be avoided. Situations will be considered on an individual basis.

• Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the service total.

• Clients with repeat cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged a non-refundable deposit equal to 100% of the service total charged at the time of booking.

• In the event a client fails to cancel or reschedule without a 24 hour notice will be considered a “NO-SHOW” and will be subject to the “three strike” system:

  • First “NO-SHOW” results in a charge equal to 50% of the service cost

  • Second “NO-SHOW” results in a charge equal to 75% of the service cost

  • Third “NO-SHOW” results in a charge equal to 100% of the service cost
