COACHING
Billie Mintz is an executive coach, mentor, and existential detective who helps clients examine the conflicts and patterns driving their self-sabotage. Drawing on his background as an investigative filmmaker and his study of the Bergler Method, he treats emotional ruptures like crime scenes: rewinding the tape, examining the evidence, identifying triggers, and exposing the unconscious alibis people use to avoid responsibility. His forensic approach helps clients see where their “official story” may not be true, understand their active role in the conflict, and develop new strategies for navigating difficult emotions, relationships, and recurring problems.
