PAGKLARO

PAGKLARO was established to strengthen transparency and public awareness by demonstrating that Local Government Unit (LGU) projects are actively monitored, inspected, and evaluated by the Local Project Monitoring Committee (LPMC).

It envisions a culture of transparency, accountability, and public trust where every LGU project is visibly monitored, clearly communicated, and confidently understood by the community.

Its mission is to enhance public awareness and confidence in LGU projects by making LPMC monitoring activities visible, accessible, and easy to understand through clear communication and transparent reporting.

Included in Pagklaro is “Pagsaysay,” which highlights the insights and testimonies of project beneficiaries, showing how the projects have helped them and how these have positively impacted their daily lives.
