Terms of Use — bilalapps

1. Scope and acceptance
These terms describe use of apps and related support services published under the bilalapps developer name. By using an app, you agree to the applicable terms. If you disagree, stop using it. Product-specific terms presented with an app govern that product where they differ from these general terms.
2. App Store licence
For apps obtained through Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies unless a separate custom EULA is supplied for that app. These general terms supplement the applicable licence and do not replace mandatory Apple terms or your statutory consumer rights. 3. Permitted use and ownership
You may use an app on devices you own or control as allowed by the applicable licence and App Store usage rules. The app’s software, design, branding, and associated intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. You retain rights to your own content. Processing or uploading content does not by itself transfer ownership of it to bilalapps.
4. Acceptable use
Use the apps lawfully. Do not infringe another person’s rights, distribute harmful or unlawful content, interfere with services, bypass access restrictions, misuse accounts, or attempt unauthorized access. Do not copy, resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer software except where applicable law or the relevant licence permits it.
5. Accounts and user content, where available
Provide accurate information and protect your account credentials. You are responsible for content you submit and must have the rights and permissions needed to use it. A service may process that content to provide the feature you request, as described in its privacy notice. Report unauthorized access or abusive content through our contact address.
6. Paid features and subscriptions, where offered
Prices, included features, billing periods, trial conditions, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. App Store purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless cancelled through your Apple subscription settings under the conditions displayed at purchase. Deleting an app does not cancel a subscription. Manage subscriptions through your Apple account; refund requests are handled under Apple’s applicable policies. Any changes to pricing or paid features remain subject to required notice and consent.
7. Third-party and AI features, where available
External services may have their own terms and availability limits. AI-generated or automatically processed results can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review outputs before relying on them, and do not use them as a substitute for qualified professional advice. Do not submit content you lack authority to share. App-specific notices should identify external processing before data is sent.
8. Permissions, storage, and backups
Some features require device permissions or network access. You may change permissions in device settings; affected features may stop working. Keep backups of important content. Removing an app or clearing its storage may delete local information. Uninstalling an app does not necessarily delete data already stored by an online service.
9. Availability and changes
Features, compatibility, and services may change. We do not guarantee continuous availability or support on every device or future operating-system version. Updates and discontinued services remain subject to applicable purchase terms and consumer law.
10. Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law, apps and services are provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To that same extent, bilalapps is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from app use. These provisions do not exclude rights, warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11. Age and eligibility
Follow the app’s age rating and any feature-specific age requirements. If you cannot legally agree to the applicable terms, a parent or guardian must assist as required by local law.
12. Ending use
You may stop using an app at any time. Access may be suspended for unlawful conduct or serious breach of applicable terms, subject to consumer law. Account deletion, subscription cancellation, and app removal are separate actions. Provisions intended to survive termination continue to apply.
13. Changes and disputes
Revisions will be posted with an updated date. Material changes requiring notice or consent will be handled as required by law. Contact us first to help resolve a concern. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer protections or lawful access to courts. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
