Privacy Policy — bilalapps
Draft for developer review • Prepared October 14, 2026
This draft provides a comprehensive structure for apps published under the bilalapps developer name. Before it is used as an App Store privacy policy, the developer must confirm each app’s actual data practices and replace conditional descriptions with specific disclosures, including named service providers and retention periods.
1. Who to contact
For privacy questions, access requests, corrections, or deletion requests, email bilalll.sabirrr@gmail.com. Include the app name and version so we can identify the relevant product.
2. Scope
This policy covers information handled through bilalapps apps, support communications, and this support site. Features vary by app. An app-specific notice must describe the data actually collected by that app, how it is collected, each purpose, recipients, and applicable user choices. Permission access on a device is distinct from transmission to a developer or external service.
3. Information you provide
Support correspondence can include your email address, message, app and device details, and attachments you choose to send. Such information is used to respond, investigate issues, and handle requests. Avoid sending passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, or unrelated sensitive content.
Where an app offers an account, its notice must specify the account identifiers, profile information, authentication provider, and account-management purposes. Where it accepts content, the notice must identify whether text, photos, audio, documents, or other files remain local or are uploaded.
4. Device permissions and local content
An app may request camera, photo-library, microphone, file, notification, location, contact, calendar, or other access only where a relevant feature needs it. The app’s permission prompts must explain the purpose. You can decline or revoke permission in device settings; related features may then be unavailable.
Local preferences, files, and app content may remain on your device. Device backups or iCloud services may create copies under your own settings. The final notice must distinguish local processing, cloud synchronization, and uploads to external services. Granting permission does not by itself explain or authorize every possible onward use.
5. Diagnostics and analytics, if used
If an app uses diagnostic or analytics services, its final notice must list the services and the actual information collected, such as crash reports, app interactions, device or operating-system details, identifiers, and network information. It must state whether the information is linked to a person, how it is used, the available opt-out settings, and retention. Do not claim analytics or crash collection is absent unless verified.
6. Advertising and tracking, if used
If an app displays third-party ads, its notice must name the ad providers, identify data shared for ad delivery or measurement, explain personalization and tracking, and link to provider privacy information. Tracking across other companies’ apps or websites requires the applicable system permission where Apple requires it. Declining tracking must be respected. Advertising identifiers, contextual advertising, and analytics must be disclosed accurately rather than treated as equivalent.
7. Cloud and AI processing, if used
If a feature sends prompts, photos, audio, files, or other content to an online or AI service, its notice must name the recipient, state exactly what is sent and why, explain retention and any model-training use, and describe the consent and deletion options. Users must receive the required disclosure and permission before personal data is shared. Do not enter confidential or third-party information without authority to share it.
8. Purchases and subscriptions
App Store payments are processed by Apple. Apps may receive transaction information, product identifiers, or entitlement status to provide purchased features. The final notice must identify any purchase-management provider and what it receives. Apple handles payment information under its own privacy practices. Do not claim the developer receives full payment-card details unless that is actually the case.
9. Purposes and lawful handling
Actual collection must be limited to disclosed purposes such as delivering requested functionality, managing accounts or purchases, answering support, diagnosing failures, preventing abuse, and meeting legal obligations. The final policy must identify applicable legal bases where required, including how consent is obtained or withdrawn. A conditional list is not confirmation that every category is collected.
10. Sharing and service providers
The final policy must identify the providers that receive personal data, their role, the categories shared, and links to their privacy policies. Providers handling app data must supply protections consistent with this policy and applicable requirements. Additional disclosure may occur where legally required or necessary to protect rights and security. Any business transfer involving data must remain subject to applicable safeguards and notice. Confirm whether any sale, targeted-advertising sharing, or other commercial disclosure occurs; do not assume it is absent.
11. Retention and deletion
Specify actual retention periods or criteria for accounts, uploaded content, logs, analytics, and support correspondence. Explain how users delete local content, accounts, and server-held information, and whether limited records must remain for legal or security reasons. Uninstalling an app may remove local data but does not necessarily delete cloud data, backups, or support emails. Cancelling a subscription and deleting an account are separate actions.
12. Your choices and rights
You may change device permissions and available privacy settings. Depending on your location and the information processed, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, withdraw consent, obtain a portable copy, or complain to a privacy authority. Send requests to bilalll.sabirrr@gmail.com. Verification should use only the information reasonably needed and never your password. Requests and lawful exceptions must be handled within applicable deadlines.
13. Security and international processing
The final notice must describe the safeguards actually implemented. No storage or transmission method guarantees absolute security. If providers process information outside your country, identify the relevant processing arrangements and legal safeguards where required. Avoid claiming encryption, certifications, or geographic restrictions without verification.
14. Children
Confirm each app’s intended audience and age requirements. If an app is directed to children or knowingly handles children’s personal information, describe the necessary protections, parental consent, and deletion process. A general age statement must not contradict the app’s actual audience. Parents or guardians can raise a concern at the contact address.
15. This website and external links
This site is hosted by Google Sites. Google may process browser and network information and use cookies under its own policies. Email support is handled through Gmail. Review Google’s privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. Other linked websites and apps apply their own policies. Confirm whether additional embeds or analytics are enabled on this site.
16. Policy changes
Publish the final policy with an effective date and update it when actual practices change. Material changes requiring notice or consent must be communicated as required. App Store privacy disclosures, in-app notices, and this policy must remain consistent.
