Suzanne H. Bijkerk

Bio

I have a Master's degree in Business Economics, and a PhD in Economics, both from the Erasmus School of Economics. I have worked as an assistent professor at the Department of Economics at the Erasmus School of Economics and was a visiting scholar at Boston University in 2018. My research has been published in the Journal of Labor Economics and the Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization. I have also been employed at Deloitte, ABN Amro and the Rabobank. My previous position was at the research department of the Rabobank.  My research at the Rabobank was featured in Economisch Statistische Berichten, MeJudice, De Staat van het MKB and various national news outlets (Trouw, NRC, Intermediair,  BNR Nieuwsradio, Financieel Dagblad).  I am currently working as a lecturer at the Finance department of the Erasmus School of Economics.
