Welcome to BIGYAPON, a digital platform that connects creators, influencers, live TV channels, banner agencies, and brands for collaborations, advertising, bookings, and promotions.
By using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our app or website.

1. Eligibility

To use BIGYAPON, you must:

These services may change in the future.

4. Payments

Users may make payments using:

• Cashfree Payment Gateway
  
  

• Coins (in-app currency)
  
  

All payments are:

• Final and non-refundable (except where required by law)
  
  

• Processed securely
  
  

• Recorded in your transaction history
  
  

Memberships, boosts, collaborations, and bookings begin after payment confirmation.

5. Cancellations & Penalties

If a user cancels a collaboration/booking:

• BIGYAPON may apply penalty charges
  
  

• Penalty amount will appear in the user’s account
  
  

• Penalty must be cleared before using the platform again
  
  

Creators who fail to deliver required work may also receive penalties.

6. Payouts

BIGYAPON allows:

• Daily payouts (if enabled)
  
  

Payouts are:

• Sent only to verified accounts
  
  

• Subject to processing and approval
  
  

• May be delayed due to bank or compliance checks
  
  

7. Content Guidelines

Users must not upload or share:

• Illegal content
  
  

• Copyrighted content without permission
  
  

• Fraudulent or misleading information
  
  

• Harmful, abusive, or hate speech content
  
  

BIGYAPON reserves the right to remove any content violating these rules.

8. WhatsApp, SMS & Notifications

By using BIGYAPON, you agree to receive:

• WhatsApp messages
  
  

• Transaction alerts
  
  

• Collaboration reminders
  
  

You may disable some notifications in your app settings.

9. KYC & Verification

For payout and business features, users must complete:

• PAN verification
  
  

• Aadhaar verification
  
  

• Bank account verification
  
  

• Liveness check (mock or real)
  
  

Incomplete KYC may limit your access to payouts and collaborations.

10. Data Usage
