Data Deletion Instructions — BIGYAPON

If you want to delete your account or personal data from BIGYAPON:

Option 1: Delete from App

1. Open the BIGYAPON app
   
   

2. Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account
   
   

3. Confirm deletion
   
   

Option 2: Request via Email

Send an email to pvtbigyapon@gmail.com with subject:
"Request to Delete My Account – BIGYAPON"

We will delete:

• Your account
  
  

• All personal details
  
  

• Transaction history
  
  

• Stored media (if any)
  
  

Deletion will be completed within 7–14 business days
