Packaging

📌 pcs are packaged in individual sleeves, top loaders, or shipping shields, and sealed in a greeting card.

- max 4 PCs per stamped letter

- tracked shipping is required if your claims exceed 4 items

📌 Larger items are packaged in individual sleeves, Toploader (depending on size) or secured to cardboard, and sealed in a bubble mailer.

📌 we will send a packaging & address confirmation pic before mailing it out.

📌 we do not use @s on envelopes or packages. For group orders, we may use unique stickers.

Shipping Rates

📌 Stamped

- USA: $1.50+ (depending on PC quantity)

- WW: $2+ (depending on PC quantity)

- Non-machineable stamps used for USA-stamped letters

- Global Forever stamps used for WW-stamped letters

📌 DM for tracked shipping rates

📌 Some domestic shipping costs have a small supply fee added for materials; top loaders, letters/envelopes, and bubble mailers (if tracked) it is up to the gom who is packing your claims discretion. 

Shipping

📌 stamped: We will DM each joiner individually or the gc a drop-off video.

📌 tracked: we will DM you or email your tracking number along with a drop-off video OR a picture of the post office receipt.

📌 Group orders/large mail days: We may post a video of stamped mail drop off to our story (with unique stickers).

After Shipping

📌  we are not responsible for lost or damaged mail after proof of mailing.

📌  an unboxing video is required for any claims of missing items.
