Process
📌 once we've confirmed your claim(s) on our post, there is no backing out without a replacement and we do not offer refunds. if backing out becomes necessary, you are responsible for finding a replacement and letting us know.
📌 once most spots are claimed, We'll create a group chat.
- all updates will be sent through the group chat.
- we may also post updates to our story and save them to their respective highlight on IG.
- all payment & shipping forms will be sent through the group chat.
📌 chinese store sets often take a 4-6+ months to ship out and must go to at least one proxy before they're sent to us. If you can not be patient please do not join this go's.
📌 we reserve the right to remove you from a group order for inappropriate behavior at any time. We will not tolerate:
- aggression or disrespect towards any of us.
- aggression or disrespect towards other joiners.
- inappropriate videos or messages in my group chats.
Payment
📌 set Purchase proofs will be attached to our masterlist in their respective go store tab.

📌 we will remind payment deadlines only Once (24 hours before) in the group chat after the inicial notice. you must let us know 48 hours before the payment deadline if you need an extension.
📌 failure to pay for secured item costs (ems/doms) within given deadlines will result in being blocked and blacklisted from future GOs and your items will be put back up for claim with no refund to you if any prior payments were made.
📌 if you miss a payment deadline we will not chase you. Please respect our deadlines as they change for each GO! after one week of no contact from you without filling out required information (claim checks, address form, EMS/DOMS payments, address confirmation, etc), your items will be placed back up for claim with no refund to you.
📌 we are all adults with adults jobs and schdules please respect our time as we will respect yours.
📌 please follow our payment note instructions as they change for each GO.
Scammers / Incomplete Orders / Lost Mail
📌 we will always do our best to authenticate items before purchasing and only buy from trusted sellers, but we are not liable for refunds if the seller scams us.
📌 if there are any items missing from store preorders, We will do our best to get our missing items or partial refund from the store but we are not liable for refunds out of pocket.
📌 we are not liable for refunds of any loss of items or any damages that occur prior to our proxies receiving them. we all take a risk by joining any type of group order.
📌 we are not responsible for lost or damaged items prior to us receiving them
📌 we are not responsible for anything that happens to an order after it has been shipped out.
📌 we will not cover discounts & refunds for item conditions that are out of our control.

EMS/DOMS
📌 EMS for every group order will be determined by the amount of pcs you claim as the total shipping cost is determined by weight.
📌 domestic shipping options are tracked and stamped mail.
📌 a gom fee will be added per joiner each time we ship out to you.
📌 a shipping fee will be added per joiner each time we ship out to you, to cover shipping supplies. (i.e. toploaders, sleeves, envelopes, etc). fee's are determined by how much supplies are used to cover your shipment. supply cost is on our ML
📌 tracked shipping is required if your claims exceed 4 items.
📌 claim proof photos will be added to the ML as we receive them and once all claims have been received we will send address and shipping forms to the group chat.
After Shipping
📌 we are not responsible for lost or damaged mail after proof of mailing.
📌 an unboxing video is required for any claims of missing items.
📌 please message us or tag us in your story (preferred) when your item arrives!
