Drowning Hazard

Drowning hazard should not be neglected even the child/children know how to swim. Swimmer should understand there is no lifeguard duty at all time. Swimmer above 18 years old are fully responsible for their own safety, swimmer under 18 years old are fully responsible by their parents and/or guardian. By using Big Puddle swim facilities, Big puddle do not held any responsibility for any accident, injury, or even fatal accident within our premises. 

Liabilities

By using the pool, you agreed to release liabilities and waive legal right including the right to sue/claim to the Owner, its directors, officers, employees, agents, or representatives.

Use of the pool facilities involves certain risks, including but not limited to: 

1. The risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the pool equipment; 

2. The risk of injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area; 

3. The risk of injuries resulting from swimmers colliding; 

4. The risk of other injuries resulting from participating in any action in the pool. 

Swimmer (or parents/guardian) recognize and fully understand that the above list is not a complete or exhaustive list
