Refund / Transfer Policy

We hold the right for final decision for any refund request, however in normal case, the refund as following calculation.
Refund of course:
Refund = (Remaining Class - 1) / Total Class x 80% x (Course Paid - RM10)
Every 4 week of class is eligible for 1 replacement class.

Example Scenario 1:

Ahmad has enroll a group children class for 2 months, total course fee paid is RM330
After 2 classes, Ahmad decide to stop learning due to personal reason, therefore the refund will be as below.
Ahmad has 6 remaining Class
Refund = (6-1) / 8 x 0.8 x (330 - 10)

Refund = 160.00

Example Scenario 2:

Ali has enroll a group children class for 2 months, total course fee paid is RM330
After 2 classes and 2 absents, Ali decide to stop learning due to personal reason, therefore the refund will be as below.
Ali has 4 remaining Class (as the replacement only eligible on 5th week)
Refund = (4-1) / 8 x 0.8 x (330 - 10)
Refund = 96

Example Scenario 3:

Ah Meng has enroll a group children class for 2 months, total course fee paid is RM330
After 4 classes and 2 absents, Ah Meng decide to stop learning due to personal reason, therefore the refund will be as below.
Ah Meng has 3 remaining Class (as the replacement eligible on 5th week)
Refund = (3-1) / 8 x 0.8 x (330 - 10)
Refund = 64

Transfer of class hour:
Transfer Value = (Remaining Class - 1) / Total Class x (Course Paid - RM10)
New swimmer must then top up for a course (4 classes minimum). If transfer value is more than 4 classes and decide not to top up to 8 classes, then the remaining class transfer balance will be forfeited.

Transfer Value = (6-1) / 8 x (330 - 10)

Transfer Value = 200

Example Scenario 2:

Ali has enroll a group children class for 2 months, total course fee paid is RM330
After 2 classes and 2 absents, Ali decide to stop learning due to personal reason, therefore the refund will be as below.
Ali has 4 remaining Class (as the replacement only eligible on 5th week)
Transfer Value = (4-1) / 8 x (330 - 10)
Transfer Value = 120

Example Scenario 3:

Ah Meng has enroll a group children class for 2 months, total course fee paid is RM330
After 4 classes and 2 absents, Ah Meng decide to stop learning due to personal reason, therefore the refund will be as below.
Ah Meng has 3 remaining Class (as the replacement eligible on 5th week)
Transfer Value = (3-1) / 8 x (330 - 10)
Transfer Value = 80
