Teamwork:
Our team functioned well throughout this quarter as we emphasized segmenting various parts of the project and maintaining frequent communication to update each other. Specifically, we have four main components that each of us could lead including the UI, scale integration, action server backend, and routine movement. This allowed us make parallel progress and meant that those who finished earlier could fill in on the more complex tasks. In regards to our original plan for splitting up tasks, we all achieved a strong understanding of how the Stretch should work. We made a quick start guide to follow so that any of us could ssh into the robot and work on combined tasks and these commands were utilized many times throughout our project design. We also planned ahead for our meeting times every week to ensure that we could reserve blocks on the calendar and all collaborate together.
