The impact of the project
Throughout the project, students had the opportunity to conduct various experiments to improve their scientific thinking skills. These experiments not only increased their ability to observe, but also improved their problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities. We also saw them work on their teamwork skills in line with the responsibilities given to them.Â
The project was a remarkable experience that showcased the power of collaboration and digital tools in education. Engaging with partner schools via Twinspace and maintaining constant communication through WhatsApp allowed us to foster meaningful connections and exchange ideas effortlessly. Despite the young age of our students, their involvement in activities like comparing monthly visuals and playing educational web2 games was both enjoyable and educational. Conducting teacher-student surveys at the beginning and end of the project provided valuable insights and feedback, ensuring we stayed on track with our goals.
I particularly appreciated how teachers were able to select their roles and contribute to monthly activities that were uploaded to Twinspace. This not only diversified our project but also enriched the learning experience for everyone involved. The culmination of our efforts into a collaborative exhibition at the end, sharing our collective achievements on Twinspace, was a rewarding conclusion to the project. It not only highlighted our teamwork but also emphasized the importance of cross-cultural understanding and learning in today's interconnected world.
Overall, the project demonstrated how innovative approaches and digital platforms can enhance educational outcomes and foster global collaboration among students and educators. It was a privilege to be part of such a dynamic and impactful initiative.
