Through the mediums of performing arts and folk arts, we aim to enhance the development of social, cultural, educational, and creative skills. Our focus is on promoting and nurturing these diverse forms of artistic expression to contribute to the overall growth and enrichment of individuals and communities. By actively engaging in and supporting performance arts and traditional folk arts, we strive to create a platform that fosters not only entertainment but also serves as a vehicle for personal and collective skill development. Through these artistic endeavors, we aspire to create a vibrant and inclusive space that celebrates the richness of cultural heritage while providing opportunities for learning, creativity, and social cohesion.

Dr. Nitish Priyadarshi

Founder & Secretary, Bhumija The Arts & Culture Foundation

Dr. Nitish Priyadarshi is an acclaimed theatre practitioner, researcher, cultural activist, and education entrepreneur dedicated to promoting arts, culture, and academic excellence. He is the Founder & Secretary of Bhumija The Arts & Culture Foundation and the visionary behind Bhumija The Smart Library, an initiative aimed at providing quality self-study spaces for students and competitive exam aspirants.

He holds a Master of Performing Arts (Film & Theatre) from Mahatma Gandhi Antarrashtriya Hindi Vishwavidyalaya, is UGC-NET qualified in Film & Theatre, and has earned a Ph.D. in Dramatics from Lalit Narayan Mithila University. He also possesses a Postgraduate Diploma in Yoga from Nalanda Open University.

Dr. Priyadarshi is a recipient of the prestigious CCRT Young Artist Scholarship (Theatre) awarded by the Ministry of Culture, Government of India. His academic and creative work focuses on Indian theatre traditions, Natyashastra, stage architecture, folk theatre, and cultural heritage. As a researcher, he has presented papers at national seminars and contributed significantly to theatre studies and performing arts.

With extensive experience in theatre direction, acting, script development, stage design, arts administration, photography, social and community development, and cultural event management, Dr. Priyadarshi has successfully led numerous artistic and educational initiatives.

Through Bhumija The Arts & Culture Foundation, he continues to work towards preserving India's rich cultural heritage while empowering young artists, researchers, and students through education, creativity, and community engagement.

प्रदर्शन कला एवं लोक कला के माध्यम से नृत्य, नाटक, आर्ट & क्राफ्ट, फोटोग्राफी, क्षेत्रीय सिनेमा के निर्माण को बढ़ावा देने के लिए कार्यशाला, सेमिनार तथा सांस्कृतिक समारोह आयोजित करना ।

सामाजिक

सामाजिक समस्याओं और चुनौतियों के बारे में जागरूकता अभियान चलाना, ग्रामीण स्वास्थ्य और स्वच्छता, महिलाओं एवं बाल स्वास्थ्य, सामाजिक सशक्तिकरण, मिट्टी और जल प्रबंधन, वनस्पतियों और जीवों के संरक्षण, डेयरी फार्मिंग के लिए विशेष योजनाएं के प्रति कार्यक्रम संचालित करना ।

शैक्षणिक एवं रचनात्मकता

बच्चों के स्कूली शिक्षा, ज्ञान और विज्ञान की कार्यशाला एवं प्रयोगशाला, पुस्तकालय, संग्रहालय, लोक खेल परिसर, आर्ट गैलरी, सांस्कृतिक परिसर, स्वदेशी वास्तुकार और मूर्तिकला, व्यावसायिक और तकनीकी कौशल एवं प्रबंधन के लिए कार्यक्रमों को संचालित करना ।
