Executive Board

Officer Requirements

• Elected by majority member vote in April of each year (after the first year)

• All officers must present current events in STEM at two meetings per year

• President – Runs Meeting

• Vice President – helps president

• Treasurer – keep track of all monetary transactions, dues, fundraiser, etc

• Secretary – take attendance, keep minutes and share with all

• Community Outreach – coordinates service project and keeps track of service project participation, keeps track of tutoring hours
