The popular saying 'no man is an island' is true but even truer in the bid to achieve professional success. Studies have pointed to the fact that many individuals who have succeeded in their careers have largely attributed their success to the strong networking channels that have been created over time.
As Black HR professionals, it can be daunting to find a network group that is relatable and relevant. There is nothing more useful than finding a group where you can learn, grow and fit into. That is how the idea of the BHRP Network came into existence. Catherine and Olajumoke are passionate about building a supportive community of Black HR Professionals.
Their aim is to be the change they want to see in the working world and become the role models they had wished for.
