4.To help people towards self help initiatives by guiding them towards various facilities offered by the government and aid in hassle free set up of the desired establishment.

5.To enhance, act as an enabler and promote the development of local echosystem across the VLSI, ESDM and related areas

6.To focus on creating an ecosystem for product development, Prototyping that at lower cost and build nation as a Champion of the electronic product manufacturing.

7.To Partner academic research institutes in research activities.

8.To build, operate, and enhance common infrastructure to aid VLSI & ESDM sector to facilitate members

9.To empower women in this space and to stimulate cooperative ideas between Semiconductor companies on large scale
