1. Our Nature & Work
Bhairav Bhakti Peeth is a dharmic seva initiative, not a profit-making business.
We function with the spirit of “Dharma, not Dhana.”
70% of all revenue from our Sacred Shop is used for seva, temple activities, support to NGOs, education, and annadaan.
The remaining is only to sustain operations, packaging, and service.
Our mission is spiritual revival, not financial gain.

2. No Donations Policy
⚠️ Currently, we do not accept donations by any means.
We do not collect contributions via UPI, WhatsApp, SMS, or personal bank transfers.
The only way to support us is by purchasing items from our Sacred Shop.

3. Sacred Shop Guidelines
Our shop offers spiritual and consecrated items — rudraksha, puja essentials, texts, gemstones, and more.
Buying from the shop is not ordinary shopping, it is participation in seva.
Every item is prepared and sanctified before dispatch.
Purchases are considered voluntary offerings to support Dharma.

4. Payment
Payments are accepted only through official and secure channels linked on our website.
We do not accept any payments through personal links, WhatsApp, or unknown sources.
Every valid transaction generates a digital receipt.

5. Refund & Return
Because all items are spiritual and consecrated, sales are final and non-refundable.
Exceptions:
Damaged or defective product received
Wrong item delivered
Duplicate payment error
Unboxing Video is Mandatory
Claims for damage/defects are valid only if supported with an unedited unboxing video from the moment of opening.
Without proof, refunds/returns will not be entertained.
Refunds (if approved):
Must be requested within 7 days of delivery
Processed only through NEFT/bank transfer
No UPI, wallets, or card reversals allowed

6. Privacy & Data
We value your trust.
We only collect minimal details: Name, Email, Phone (OTP verified), City/Pincode, and IP (for security).
We do not store bank/UPI details.
Your information is used only for order fulfillment, seva updates, and compliance.
We never sell, trade, or misuse your data.

7. Website Use
By using our site, you agree:
Not to misuse its content.
Not to attempt unlawful activities.
To honor its purpose as a dharmic platform, not a commercial site.

8. Limitation of Liability
All items are offered in good faith, as seva.
We do not promise material results or outcomes.
Bhairav Bhakti Peeth is not liable for courier delays, third-party issues, or misuse of items purchased.

9. Legal & Disclaimer
This is not a fundraiser, crowdfunding platform, or profit-based business.
It is a voluntary seva initiative guided by Jyotirmoy Das.
All matters fall under the jurisdiction of courts in West Bengal, India.
