1. General Policy
All items offered through our Sacred Shop are spiritual and consecrated.
Hence, purchases are generally final and non-refundable.
Buying from the shop is not mere commerce — it is participation in seva and dharma karya.
2. Exceptions – When Refunds/Returns Are Allowed
Refunds or returns will be considered only in the following cases:
Damaged item received (physical damage during delivery)
Incorrect item delivered (different from what was ordered)
Duplicate payment error (customer charged twice for the same order)
3. Mandatory Proof – Unboxing Video
For any return/refund claim:
An unedited unboxing video from the moment of opening the parcel is mandatory.
Photos or partial videos will not be accepted.
Without proper proof, refunds/returns cannot be approved.
4. Refund Request Timeline
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
5. Refund Method
If approved, refunds will be processed only via NEFT/bank transfer to the buyer’s verified account.
⚠️ No refunds through UPI, wallets, PayTM, GPay, or card reversal.
Processing charges (if any) may be deducted from the final amount.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Used or partially consumed products (e.g., incense, oils, herbs).
Consecrated or energized items or Services or Puja or offering (once dispatched or Done ).
Digital products, e-books, or downloads.
