March 2nd - Registration opens.
March 2nd to June 21st - Abstract submission. Deadline for talks has passed, but registration and submission of posters is still open until we reach capacity.
June 30th - Announcement of selected abstracts. See "Accepted talks" panel.
August 21st - Deadlines for hotel reservation with venue.
The conference will be in-person only.
The fees will be 350€ (+50€ if late) to be paid in cash at the venue. This will include the welcome reception (held on the 11th), the conference dinner, and 5 lunches.
No financial support can be provided.
