Registration

The fees are 350€ if registered on time (before June 28th, +50€ if late), to be paid in cash at the venue (410 USD, 38000 INR, 61000 NPR).
This will include the welcome reception, the conference dinner, and 5 lunches.

Abtracts selection has been done already and is published in Accepted talks panel.
From now on, abstract submitted after the deadline will still be considered as posters.

The conference hotel is available at a special rate here, including nights before and after the conference. Note that the listed prices exclude taxes; the full rates with taxes are 108.35 USD/night (Single Room) and 121.02 USD/night (Double Room).
Above rate includes following benefits: Airport-Hotel-Airport Transfer from International Airport by coach; Welcome drink on arrival; Daily buffet breakfast at The Nook Restaurant; Complimentary WIFI; Complimentary use of fitness centre and the swimming pool; Standard room amenities (in room tea/coffee maker with supplies, 2 bottles of mineral water per day, iron and ironing board, bathroom slippers, safe deposit locker, shaving mirror, hair dryer, LED TV).
