Hello! My name is Melani Buchanan Farmer. Not only am I a gym owner in Albuquerque (BFit505, Burque CrossFit), but I am also a researcher and writer. I thought it would be fun to compile different stories from individuals to share their "why" to fitness and wellness ways of life.
