Interested in Walking, Running, or Run-Walking a 5k, 10k, or Half Marathon? Are you 60+? Then our Take Strides program is for you! Join Coach, Louella (age 76, and athlete of over 100 half marathons, 10k, and 5k races!) each week for information on the program, a group walk/run and a great community. This is for you! Whether you are new to this healthy challenge, or returning after a time away, this is for you!
