Captain- As a Captain, you are the 3rd most trusted position within your battalion and the highest senior officer position you are tasked with overlooking the junior officer core as such are trusted to address punishments to LT and below, you have not gotten here by chance you have shown that you are capable and competent in your abilities to lead others when your Command team is not present and ensuring your troops have tasks as well as holding those accountable who are not up to the Empires standards. You should be looking to teach junior officers/new senior officers the ropes and be ready yourself to become a Line Captain.
Naval Commander- As an NCMDR you should be looking to assist your Captain+ in guiding the junior officers and answering any questions you can. Ensure you are communicating well with those both above and below you as you will be expected to address NCMDR and below and may be contacted in regards to them.
Lieutenant Commander- Congratulations on reaching Lieutenant Commander and joining the senior officer team! As a LTCMDR, your general concerns should be focused on learning the responsibilities of a senior officer from those above you. You are also expected to assist the NCO core I.E. building/teaching/addressing concerns and if you cannot solve them you are to follow the appropriate chain of command [COC] since you are trusted as a major to handle and address situations from MCPO's and below you will also be asked to give your permission for others to apply for the rank of ESN.
Lieutenant- As a Lieutenant by now you should have familiarized yourself with how to handle your duties as an officer to a high standard your main focus should be assisting your fellow officers with flag-ups and helping your LTCMDR with managing the NCOs as well as guiding enlisted of the battalion ensuring they move through the ranks and are aware of what they should and shouldn't be doing you may address situations from SCPO and below.
Lieutenant Junior Grade- As a LTJG you should be assisting LT+ by communicating with NCO about tasks to help them reach their goals within a timely manner and learning from those above you. You may strike/PT/Demote CPO and below.
Ensign- As a ESN you are to ask questions and learn from those above you as the youngest member of the officer core you are entrusted to address PO and below as such are able to Strike/PT/Demote them if you need someone to be removed you are to contact a LTCMDR with evidence.
