The following section explains the guidelines for “on-the-job” procedures. No rank within the Naval Corp is exempt from these guidelines and regulations. Please remember that this information is subject to change at any given time. Referral and knowledge of this information and current changes is expected.
- Failure to comply and follow this information will result in punishment. -
The guidelines are as follows:
Minging/Trolling will not be tolerated in any instance. (Minging may result in PT, a strike, or removal)
Random Death Match (RDM) of another Trooper, is strictly prohibited and shall be dealt with under Imperial Law and may result in removal from the Corps.
Respect is to be maintained at all times. This is expected to be shown to fellow soldiers, superior officers, as well as troopers in other battalions.
You must always listen to your superior officers, regardless of the reason. Failure to do this shall be met with the appropriate punishment. If the order in question is a direct violation of the rules and guidelines of the Corps or Empire, report them through the Chain of Command.
Always follow the Chain of Command.
If you are unable to be on duty for more than three consecutive days, ensure you put an LOA or ROA with the appropriate format in the BlueFlame Discord in the naval roster update channel.
Always abide by the Blue Flame server rules, as well as any guidelines/rules set in this document.
Always follow the Chain of Command! Failure to do so will result in a strike!
Speak to at least one member from the section before moving up. Ask the Your Overseer to take it the Chain.

The following Defcon procedures are to be followed without question once the relevant authority has issued the order for it to be changed. Ensure that you follow this chart accordingly.
Defcon Five
Regular Duties. Listen to your current Commanding Officer.
Defcon Four
Immediately head to Bridge and listen to orders from your Commanding Officer.
Defcon Three
Battle Stations! Move to your station you have been assigned and start fighting back!
Defcon Two
Either Bridge or Engine Core has been lost or is currently being attacked! If Bridge is down, head to your secondary Battle Station and resume your duties.
Defcon One
Evacuate the base via Main Hangar or Landing Padl!!!
Defcon Five
Regular Duties. Listen to your current Commanding Officer.
Defcon Four
Immediately head to Bridge and listen to orders from your Commanding Officer.
Defcon Three
Battle Stations! Move to your station you have been assigned and start fighting back!
Defcon Two
Either Bridge or Engine Core has been lost or is currently being attacked! If Bridge is down, head to your secondary Battle Station and resume your duties.
Defcon One
Evacuate the ship via Main Hangar Bay!!!
