Application form

If you wish to apply for a place for your child in our Sunday class, please fill in the form at the link above. 

You will be contacted by our staff within 2 weeks to let you know if your child has been allocated a place. Once confirmed, a donation of SGD 50 per child per year is suggested, and payable at our front office or through the QR code below.
