We chose to focus on academic pressure because it affects so many students. With exams, assignments, and high expectations, stress can easily take over, leading to mental health struggles like anxiety and burnout.
By addressing academic pressure, we aim to help students find a healthy balance between their schoolwork and self-care. Our goal is to raise awareness about mental health and show how students can manage stress while still succeeding in school.
