"My experience with Caty has been amazing!!!! My son started speech therapy at 4 years old with a significant speech delay. We were on a 2 year wait list for his autism assessment. Even without an official diagnosis, Caty was able to identify ways to connect with my son and get him engaged in therapy. Normal speech therapy practices did not work and he required more play and engagement in his preferred activities. Caty was able to adjust to his needs and has built such an incredible connection with him. Caty was able to do research and identify that my son is a gestalt language processor and therapy had to be restructured even more. My son is 6 years old and has now been able to start communicating his wants and needs. He improves daily and we wouldn't have achieved all this progress with out the dedication and love to her craft that Caty has provided. "When our daughter was diagnosed with autism at one and a half years old, we were told she might never be able to talk. She had 3 evaluations, and all the doctors agreed that she had severe autism, and that she was non-verbal. This news was overwhelming, but then we found Caty.
