It keeps on giving me a no connection error.

I'm stuck on a page! How do i go back?
As long as you're connected to the internet, the navigator at the bottom of the screen should be visible; just click the tab for the page you would like to visit. You could also try to refresh the app.
How do I refresh the app?
There are two ways to refresh the app. First (on iOS), you could swipe from the the left edge of your screen, or if you're on android you can just hit the back button. The second option is if you force quit the app (swiping out of it from the app switcher.
I can't go back on the Beyond Medicine page!
Click on the Beyond Medicine logo on the top of the page, and it'll automatically take you back to the home page. You could also press home at the bottom of the screen and you'll be redirected to the home screen of the app.
I want to go to straight to the Beyond Medicine site.
Once you continue to Beyond Medicine, hold down on the Beyond Medicine logo on the top of the page and you'll automatically be sent to the Beyond Medicine page on your default browser.
What is the live chat?
The live chat is a convenient feature we have added, which at the time can only be acessed through the app, and allows for you to talk to a member of the Beyond Medicine team in real time.
It says the chat if offline, what do I do?
If it states that the chat is offline, then that means there aren't any Beyond Medicine team members on standby at the moment, you can always send us an email or a message on Instagram to reach us!
Nobody responded to my message!
If nobody responds to the message, that means the team members are currently away and will be back soon. Try messaging again after a few minutes and also make sure you have a stable internet connection so your messages get through.
