There is some travel funding available for participants. The deadline for requesting funding is June 4, 2021. Funding decisions will be made shortly after this date.

Note to participants coming from outside the United States: It is highly unlikely that we will be able to fund participants from outside of the United States at this time.

Funded Participants will be housed in single capacity rooms at The Blackwell Inn on Ohio State's campus.

We have also blocked off rooms for those booking their own room at the Blackwell. The group rate is $119.00, plus tax and parking, per evening for a room with either a King bed or Two Queen beds. Reservation requests must be made no later than Monday, June 14, 2021 to receive this rate.
