Yes , a non refundable 25% deposit is required to secure your appointment for services over $50.

To reschedule appointments booked online, please check your confirmation email. Find the rescheduling link at the bottom of the page and change your appointment date or time.

Yes. *Hair will be provided for box braids, knotless braids, and feed-ins only. Please specify color and length upon booking. (Bra length, waist length, or extra long *extra $30.*) You must provide hair for all other hair services.*

If you cancel you appointment your deposit is non- refundable, unless you cancel 24 hours in advance. Deposits do not roll over. If you decided to rebook, another deposit is required for your next appointment.

Yes , if you have any concerns pertaining to alopecia , thin hair or thick hair be sure to book a consultation before booking an appointment. Please note there may be additional fees added to your service, our goal is to make your hair look as natural as possible.
If you change your style the day of your appointment there will be an additional $20 fee. No exceptions. Also when getting SMALL braids the LATEST I will start braiding hair is 9AM! No exceptions unless they are small braids!
